Four years may not be a long journey, but for a young tech company with global aspirations, it marks a significant chapter. From its early days with just a handful of founding members, Vietsol has grown into a trusted engineering and technology partner across core industries including automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and smart city development. As we celebrated our Vietsol 4th anniversary, we didn’t just look back on past achievements. We celebrated the spirit that carried us this far – unity, persistence, and shared ambition. This is why “Together We Rise” was chosen as this year’s anniversary theme: a declaration of who we are, and who we strive to become.

Celebrating Culture in Motion

Hosted in Hanoi, the anniversary celebration reflected the energy, culture, and camaraderie that define Vietsol. The festivities began with a series of internal minigames, where employees earned tickets to participate in the highly anticipated Lucky Draw – a joyful experience that blended competition with connection.

The celebration continued with the Vietsol Four-Team Football Cup – a tradition now deeply woven into the company’s culture. Despite the rain, the field came alive with cheers, laughter, and spirited competition. These “water battles” under the storm reminded us of what Vietsol is truly made of: resilience, unity, and a drive that never backs down.

When Leadership Stands on the Same Ground

What made this year’s event especially meaningful was the full presence of Vietsol’s leadership and global advisors – not just as executives, but as colleagues, teammates, and culture carriers.

We were honored by the presence of Mr. Tuan Nguyen Quoc – Vietsol CEO, Mr. Didier Chenneveau – Global Strategic Advisor, Ms. Celine Dinh – CFO – returning from the U.S., CTO Kol Vo from Germany, and CMO Nguyen Thanh Huong, with CCO Son Le, who despite being occupied with multiple projects across Ho Chi Minh City and nationwide, made time to join the celebration.

Engineering with Purpose: From Vietnam to the World

Looking back over the past four years, Vietsol has emerged as a driving force in engineering-led innovation. Our flagship DMS/OMS solutions, part of our Edge AI portfolio, have been adopted by major players in the automotive and intelligent transportation industries.

Our in-cabin facial recognition system, developed entirely in-house, has been deployed in smart city and public safety projects, reflecting Vietsol’s capacity to create technology with real-world impact.

At the same time, we have expanded into ADAS validation, Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), and Automotive Cybersecurity – helping OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across Southeast Asia meet growing demands in simulation-based verification and functional safety.

What we build is not just code – it’s scalable, integrated solutions ready for deployment in dynamic, real-world environments.
