Position: System Optimization

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system analysis and design of Android system performance;
- Participate in the design of the overall product architecture, performance optimization, requirement analysis, decomposition, and architectural design of key solutions according to product requirements;
- Participate in the in-depth optimization of the Android system, under the overall architecture of the Android system, decompose and decouple the design of customized modules, and design and build competitive solutions;
- Gain insights into industry trends, introduce competitive design and performance metrics for products to set performance targets, and participate in the planning of technical roadmaps related to performance aspects at the framework layer;
Requirements:
- Proficient in at least two languages among C/C++ or JAVA, highly skilled in Android system framework, with in-depth understanding of boot process, application startup, window display and refresh, input subsystem, and in-depth comprehension of core services such as Android AMS, WMS, PMS;
- Proficient in commonly used Linux/Android performance analysis tools such as systrace, ebpf, and simpleperf, with practical experience in system and performance optimization;
- Familiar with key optimization areas such as system load, window drawing, CPU scheduling, and application management and control under the Android system, and able to modify and optimize Android system layer code according to feature requirements;
- Familiar with the development frameworks and patterns of common applications, and familiar with the overall architecture of the Android system. Able to design optimization solutions from the overall architecture of the system and applications;
- More than 5 years of Android framework development experience
