Job Descriptions:

Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential opportunities for product innovation.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product features and design choices.
Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the context of electric vehicles.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for product specifications and design iterations.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet quality standards before market release.
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Job Requirements:

Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (1+ years) with knowledge in complete vehicle & benchmark assessment.
Experience in wide portfolio of markets, knowledge of differences in terms of vehicle specifications and linkage to the development needs.
Solid background for the detailed vehicle assessment for complex Vehicle Attributes Performance.
Project Management fundamentals would be highly appreciated.
Domain of engineering fundamentals of Vehicle systems (EVs)
Attention to detail and able to manage more than one task at a time.
Assertive and presenting very good analytical skills.
Discretion in dealing with confidential/sensitive information.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
and sharing the feelings of others, which is crucial for building strong, cooperative relationships.
