Job Responsibilities: 

• Correspondence for the actual vehicle firmware flashing work of the Research Institute and the troubleshooting and follow-up of actual vehicle DHU issues in each department; 
• ECARX integrated testing requires on-site support from the research institute to correspond to the testing content; 
• Calibration work for voice, navigation, etc. requires supporting content; 
• Guidance and assistance for the establishment of R&D departments and Tire2 test benches; 
• Support for demonstration of each real vehicle or test bench, and handling of issues with peripheral components for internal R&D; 
• Preparation of the check list for on-site inspection of exhibition vehicles or test drive vehicles; 
• Correspondence for other temporary tasks and subsequent correspondence for loading at the base 

Regarding the intermediate additional requirements: 

• Conduct preliminary analysis and positioning of issues at customer sites, bases, and various event sites; 
• Provide technical training to agents and end-point customers; 
• Assist the project manager in performing various on-site management and coordination tasks; 
• Bench setup, exhibition demonstration, and real vehicle demonstration; 
• On-site support for auto shows, test drives and test rides. 

Requirements:  

• Majored in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, computer science or related fields, with an associate degree or above;
• More than three years of experience in product (instrument/air conditioning/vehicle infotainment system) testing and development in the automotive parts industry, with knowledge of automotive parts disassembly and assembly; 
• Proficiently use office tools and in-vehicle software programming tools (details see requirements below), and be able to guide junior and intermediate FAE in answering questions that arise during tool software usage and bench setup; 
• Have relevant work experience in automotive entertainment head units; 
• Have a driver’s license, strong hands-on ability, be adaptable to various urgent business trips, be able to handle various emergency events (such as version flashing, bench setup) for clients and projects at any time, be able to adapt to long-term on-site work at the base, respond quickly to onsite issues at the base, and be adaptable to longterm overtime; 
• Strong communication skills; 
• Proficient in English reading and writing (some work materials are in English); 
• Have participated in at least one complete automotive infotainment head unit project under various brands (including smart, Lotus, Zeekr, etc.) of Geely Group; 
• Specific requirements for the programming tool: 
• DSA Software: Proficient in using this software for DHU software flashing, vehicle code diagnosis, DTC reading, and writing vehicle five-code information; 
• MPC5748C/G Software: Proficient in using this software for MCU programming and erasing; 
• siengine_downloadtool Flashing Software: Proficient in using the E04 platform flashing software, partitioning the DHU, and performing software flashing; 
• Renesas E2 Software: Proficient in using Renesas software for MCU software programming on the E05 platform; 
• J-Flash: Proficient in using this software for EC software programming on the E05 platform;  
• MobaXterm/putty: Proficient in using these two software tools to flash the E05 platform software and capture serial port logs for DHU; 
• ADB: Master common ADB commands, perform log capture, software installation, uninstallation, screen recording, and screenshot capture on DHU; 
• scrcpy: Use this software to perform computer screen mirroring via ADB, proficiently master the jumper connection of hardware tools for flashing, cooperate with the above software to perform host version flashing, and master the error judgment that occurs during the actual flashing and use of the above software; 
• Wireshark: Proficient in using this software to capture packets on Ethernet; 
• Qualcomm QFIL: Proficient in using this software for software flashing on Qualcomm platforms; 
• NXP-S32 Design Studio: Proficient in using this software for MCU programming; 
• SimulationBox: Proficient in using this software to simulate sending vehicle-related signals and writing configuration words; 
• CANoe: Proficient in using the CANoe tool to capture vehicle FR/LIN/CAN/Ethernet signal messages and simulate sending vehicle-related
