­Position: Automotive Embedded Software Engineer – MQTT/EMQX

Job Descriptions: 

• Develop and upgrade the MQTT Client and integrate software with the EMQX MQTT Broker for automotive ECU platforms. 
• Analyze system/feature requirements and derive software requirements with full traceability. 
• Design and implement embedded software architecture, interfaces, error handling and diagnostic functions. 
• Develop software following coding guidelines, MISRA C/C++ and secure coding practices. 
• Integrate software components into the target ECU build environment and support system integration. 
• Perform unit, integration and system testing; support release packages and software version management. 
• Analyze software defects, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes and provide regression evidence. 
• Participate in code/design reviews, defect triage and technical discussions with cross-functional teams. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Automotive Engineering or related fields. 
• Strong C/C++ embedded programming skills. 
• Hands-on experience with MQTT protocol, MQTT Client development or MQTT Broker integration; experience with EMQX is highly preferred. 
• Experience in ECU/embedded software architecture, software integration and debugging. 
• Familiar with Git, build/release processes, unit testing and static code analysis. 
• Understanding of requirement traceability, software design and defect management. 
• Knowledge of MISRA C/C++, secure coding, Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 is an advantage. 
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
