Position: Automotive – CAE Technical Leader/PM

Job Descriptions:
Project Management
- Lead all CAE activities from RFQ → SOP
- Make plans: Resource planning (Safety / NVH / Durability / Meshing); Timeline & milestone
- Track KPI: Simulation accuracy (correlation >80%); On-time delivery (0 delay)
- Risk management & escalation
Technical Leadership
- Define CAE strategy: Crash (Frontal, Side, Offset, Pole – NCAP); NVH (Modal, LDS, VTF, NTF); Durability (fatigue, load cases)
- Review: Model setup (LS-DYNA, Nastran, Abaqus…); Boundary conditions & material
- Mesh quality (>95%)
- Approve: Simulation results; Design countermeasures
Team Management
- Manage multi-domain team: Safety engineers; NVH engineers; Durability engineers; Meshing engineers
- Coaching: Improve technical capability; Build standard & best practice; Performance evaluation & KPI tracking
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Interface with: OEM / Tier1 CAE team; Design / test / validation team
- Present: Simulation results; Root cause analysis; Optimization proposal
Process & Tool Development
- Standardize: CAE workflow (pre → solve → post); Template model & automation
- Develop: Automation scripts
- Improve: Simulation efficiency & cost reduction; Drive continuous improvement in validation processes and methodologies
Job Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in CAE automotive
- 3–5 years of experience in position: Leader / PM
- Experience with:
- OEM or Tier1
- Full vehicle program
- Strong knowledge: Crash safety (NCAP, FMVSS, EuroNCAP) or NVH & Durability
- Tools: LS-DYNA, ANSA / Hypermesh, Nastran / Abaqus / Optistruct
- Deep understanding: Material models, Boundary conditions, Correlation CAE vs Test
- Project planning & delivery
- Stakeholder communication (English fluent)
- Problem solving & decision making
- Experience with Agile / Automotive V-model
