Position: Plant Model Development Engineer

Job Description 

• Develop and maintain simulation environments for Powertrain, Engine, HEV, and EV systems using MATLAB/Simulink. 
• Design and integrate plant models, sensor/actuator simulations, and vehicle network simulations (CAN). 
• Support Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) validation activities. 
• Configure and maintain simulation platforms including ETAS LabCar, LabCar IP, and Vector VT System. 
• Develop and validate analog, digital, PWM, and communication interface simulations. 
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize simulation models and generated C code. 
• Collaborate with software and test engineers to support ECU and virtual validation development. 

Required Skills 

• Good knowledge of Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), HEV, EV, and Vehicle Systems. 
• Strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Model-Based Development. 
• Familiar with ETAS LabCar, LabCar IP, Vector VT System, CANoe/CANalyzer. 
• Understanding of analog, digital, PWM signals, sensors, and actuators. 
• Experience with CAN communication simulation and debugging. 
• Basic to intermediate C programming and debugging skills. 
• Familiar with software or model build/configuration management tools. 
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. 
• Good communication and teamwork in cross-functional and international environments. 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
