Position: Proving Ground Test Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Operational Support
• Support vehicle preparation, test setup, and the execution of dynamic and controlled test scenarios across all proving ground track types.
• Perform routine equipment checks, including calibration validation, functional condition assessments, and basic maintenance, to ensure all test equipment and vehicles are in a state of operational readiness before use.
• Assist in the collection, review, and preliminary analysis of test data, and provide structured feedback to engineering teams to support continuous development and improvement.
• Provide hands-on support for support testing activities on both conventional tracks (durability, high-speed, dynamic platforms, braking) and ADAS-specific tracks.
• Emergency response protocols and hazard awareness during testing activities.
• Safety and Compliance
• Adhere to all safety and operational protocols established by the proving ground.
• Perform pre-test and post-test equipment checks to ensure operational integrity.
• Maintain detailed logs of testing activities, incidents, and corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• Hold technical diplomas or certifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related fields.
• Experience in vehicle testing, track maintenance, or related roles, preferably within proving grounds or testing facilities.
• Basic understanding of vehicle dynamics and ADAS technologies, including sensor-based systems and autonomous driving features.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and schematics for testing equipment and vehicles.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to track operations.
• English language proficiency (spoken and written) is desirable for effective communication.
