Job Descriptions:

• Perform vehicle-level tests to verify dimensions, weight, and technical specifications against design targets.
• Conduct functional and durability tests for integrated mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
• Measure and record vehicle performance data according to test procedures
• Analyze vehicle test issues and identify potential root causes.
• Create and submit vehicle test reports following VinFast reporting standards
• Log test issues into the Jira system and support issue resolution activities.
• Report daily test progress and vehicle status to the direct supervisor.
• Support vehicle preparation and setup activities before testing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Vehicle Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in vehicle testing or product validation.
• Basic understanding of electric scooter or electric vehicle systems.
• Experience using measurement tools and test equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Valid motorcycle driving license (A1) and car driving license (B1/B2/C) are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at the manufacturing plant and under time constraints.
