Job Descriptions:

• Perform and validate mechanical CAE simulations for battery systems to support performance evaluation and quality assurance for VinFast vehicle programs.
• Build and prepare simulation models, conduct analyses on strength, fatigue, crash, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with design, testing, and quality teams to provide technical insights and simulation reports.
• Contribute to battery structure optimization based on simulation results.
• Develop or apply automation/scripting tools to enhance simulation efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CAE simulation (strength/fatigue, crash, and safety).
• Proficient in Ansa, HyperWorks (HyperMesh, HyperView, OptiStruct), LS-Dyna, or similar CAE tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanics, material strength, and finite element analysis (FEA).
• Scripting/automation capability is a strong plus.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, startup environment.
