Position: Business Analyst

Job Descriptions:

Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements from the Project Manager and Product Owner.
Translate and structure requirements into well-defined business logic, process flows, conditions, exceptions, and constraints.
Develop, maintain, and update requirement documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases / System Flows, and Business Rules.
Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, internally consistent, and fully traceable to corresponding test cases.
Work cross-functionally with Development and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.
Perform impact analysis to evaluate the implications of requirement changes on scope, timeline, and quality.

Project Scope:

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience.
Good understanding of requirements vs. solutions and functional vs. non-functional requirements.
Logical, detail-oriented, and highly attentive to accuracy
Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
English proficiency in reading and writing; speaking is a plus.
