Position: Marketability Engineer VDI
Working Location: Hanoi

Job Descriptions:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential opportunities for product innovation.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product features and design choices.
- Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the context of electric vehicles.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for product specifications and design iterations.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet quality standards before market release.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Job Requirements:
- Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (1+ years) with knowledge in complete vehicle & benchmark assessment.
- Experience in wide portfolio of markets, knowledge of differences in terms of vehicle specifications and linkage to the development needs.
- Solid background for the detailed vehicle assessment for complex Vehicle Attributes Performance.
- Project Management fundamentals would be highly appreciated.
- Domain of engineering fundamentals of Vehicle systems (EVs)
- Attention to detail and able to manage more than one task at a time.
- Assertive and presenting very good analytical skills.
- Discretion in dealing with confidential/sensitive information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
- and sharing the feelings of others, which is crucial for building strong, cooperative relationships.
