We are looking for a skilled The Vehicle Attribute Test and Validation – Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing vehicle attribute testing activities, including but not limited to NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness), Ride & Handling, Durability, Performance, Efficiency, Safety, ensuring compliance with technical standards and delivering optimal user experience.
1.Job Descriptions:
Test Project Management
- Develop test plans for vehicle attributes according to different product development phases.
- Allocate and manage resources (personnel, equipment, test locations) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor and evaluate test processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, Testing, Validation, Production, and Marketing teams to optimize vehicle performance and quality.
Test Execution & Supervision
- Plan and conduct tests for NVH, Ride & Handling, Durability, Performance, Efficiency, and Safety based on industry standards.
- Develop evaluation procedures, measurement methods, and data analysis frameworks.
- Oversee data collection, analyze test results, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all tests comply with relevant standards (ISO, SAE, GB/T, FMVSS, ECE).
Quality Management & Improvement
- Assess and propose enhancements to improve vehicle performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to vehicle attributes during testing.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with new testing technologies and advanced methodologies.
Reporting & Team Collaboration
- Compile, analyze, and present test data in reports.
- Communicate test results to management and technical partners.
- Train and support technical teams in vehicle attribute evaluation and testing methods.
2. Job Requirements:
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Vehicle Attribute Testing.
- Experience with Dewesoft, OXTS, LMS Test.Lab, dSPACE, CANape, Kistler, OXTS RT3000, Vector CANalyzer, NI LabVIEW is a plus.
- Knowledge of international vehicle testing standards (ISO, SAE, ECE, GB/T, FMVSS).
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of NVH, Ride & Handling, Durability, Performance, Efficiency, Safety.
- Proficiency in data acquisition, processing, and analysis.
- Experience in test project management.
- Soft Skills
- Strong project management and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
