Together We Rise: Celebrating A Year of Growth, Challenge, and Success

Held on 24 January 2026, Vietsol Year End Party 2025 was not only about closing the year. It was about seeing our journey as a company, together, in one shared space.  

With “Together We Rise” as our theme, this reflects Vietsol’s growth journey as we expand into new markets, strengthen global connections, and prepare for bigger goals ahead, knowing real progress comes from moving forward as one team, learning and improving together. 

Before the stage lights and the formal program, the party began with the check-in zone to begin a welcoming start. Wristbands were handed out with Lucky Draw numbers, turning the first step into a real chance to win exciting prizes later in the day. Nearby, the photobooth stayed busy as teams grabbed quick photos and created small keepsakes to take home. For anyone who wanted something more hands on, the steady hand game added a fun challenge and a few friendly rivalries right from the start. In just one hour, the area filled with energy and laughter, making the transition into the main program feel much more exciting. 

Once check-in closed, the energy moved into the main hall and the celebration officially began. The opening performance and welcome speech helped everyone settle in, then the Vietsol 2025 wrapped video took us through the year’s key milestones. Remarkably, we have achieved 100% of 2025 KPIs. This reminded us of what Vietsol achieved, and how those results came from teamwork across teams. 

The CEO speech followed with clear direction and a simple message of thanks, recognising the effort behind every result. The program also highlighted employee achievements, celebrating the individuals and teams who created real impact throughout the year. This opening brought everyone together and set the tone for the rest of the program. We move forward when we rise together. 

After the opening ceremony, the event moved into luncheon and informal activities. Luncheon gave everyone time to sit down, share a meal, and have real conversations outside of work topics. On stage, the flow continued with internal performances, followed by an outsourced act, then more internal performances, keeping the room engaged while lunch was served. 

As the session moved forward, the stage games brought the energy up again. Teams joined in quickly, with loud support from the crowd and plenty of laughter along the w ay. The Lucky Draw closed this part on a high note, adding alot excitement as names were called and prizes were announced. 

As we close the year, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Vietsol. Thank you for showing up, for giving your best throughout the year, and for the many contributions that often happen quietly behind the scenes. Whether you were on stage, supporting the program, or simply being part of the room and cheering others on, you helped make the day meaningful. 

As we step into the new year, let’s keep that same spirit with us and keep moving forward together. Together We Rise!
