1. Position Overview

The Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for crafting and producing compelling visual stories that strengthen Vietsol’s brand presence and support sales enablement initiatives.
This role plays a key part in transforming complex ideas, technical topics, and brand messages into engaging multimedia content that connects with our audiences across multiple channels.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Video & Media Production: Develop ideas, shoot, edit, and finalize videos for product introductions, interviews, event recaps, and social media content.
• Visual Storytelling: Transform technical or business concepts into visually appealing stories that evoke emotion and enhance audience understanding.
• Channel Development: Manage and update multimedia content across Vietsol’s platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, YouTube, and others).
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with Content Writers and Digital Marketers to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Creative Ideation: Contribute concepts and visual directions for branding campaigns, events, and internal communication projects.
• Media Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of visual assets and video materials for long-term use.

3. Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year (or more) of experience in video production, photography, or multimedia content creation (experience in tech or agency environments is a plus).
• Proficiency in video editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents.
• Understanding of digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and visual storytelling principles.
• Strong visual sense, creativity, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a proactive work attitude.
