Content Creative Executive

Vietsol is looking for a Content Creative to support the Marketing team in producing content and creative materials across multiple channels. This role is suitable for a candidate who can write well, think creatively, design basic 2D visuals, and support video production. The position will work closely with the Marketing Leader and internal teams to turn Vietsol’s technology, solutions, events, company updates, and business activities into clear, engaging, and professional marketing content. 

POSITION DETAILS 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Create content for website, social media, video, brochure, sales materials, event communication, and other marketing channels. 

• Support creative ideas for campaigns, company updates, product communication, employer branding, and events. 

• Design basic 2D marketing assets, including social posts, banners, simple infographics, presentations, and event visuals. 

• Produce and edit short videos, including scripting, basic editing, subtitles, and simple motion elements. 

• Work with internal teams to collect information, clarify input, and ensure content accuracy. 

• Maintain brand consistency across content, visuals, and communication materials. 

• Support the Marketing Leader in content planning, creative execution, and other marketing activities. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Experience & Skills 

• 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, creative marketing, communications, multimedia content, or related roles. 

• Good content writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format for different platforms. 

• Basic 2D design capability and good visual sense in layout, typography, color, and brand consistency. 

Tools & Technical Ability 

• Design tools: Canva, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent. 

• Video tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic), or equivalent. 

• Ability to understand, research, and simplify technology/business-related content. 

Soft Skills & Attitude 

• Good coordination skills, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate with internal teams. 

• Careful, proactive, deadline-oriented, and willing to learn new topics. 

• Good Vietnamese writing skills; English writing ability is an advantage. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• Experience in B2B, technology, software, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial solutions. 

• Experience supporting events, webinars, exhibitions, product communication, or employer branding activities. 

• Portfolio including writing samples, design works, video works, or social media/content projects is preferred. 
• Ability to use AI tools to support research, content drafting, visual ideas, or video/design workflow.
