Position: Intermediate MCU Development Engineer 

Working Location: Doi Can, Hanoi

Job Descriptions: 

• Design and develop software for MCU platforms 
• Debug bus communication and hardware functionality 
• Comply with AutoSAR architecture standards 
• Solve technical problems during development 
• Write technical documentation 

Job Requirements: 

Must-have: 

• BS with 3+ years of experience, or MS with 1+ year of experience, in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Electronics-Telecommunication, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong C/C++ programming skills; scripting experience is an advantage. 
• Hands-on experience in microcontroller and embedded system software development. 
• Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, or Ethernet. 
• Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and ability to work with RTE/SWC-related development tasks. 
• Ability to debug software issues related to bus communication, hardware interaction, and embedded functionality with the common problem solving method (8D, 5 WHY …) 
• Good English communication and technical documentation skills. 

Preferred: 

• Experience using automotive development/debugging tools. 
• Experience writing or maintaining technical documents.
