Job Descriptions:

1. On-site Quick Response & Problem Solving 

• Be able to respond immediately to sudden quality & assembly issues at VinFast final assembly line; handle onsite troubleshooting for rubber Sealing bar fitting, assembly interfernce, poor sealing, mounting mismatch and other line-side abnormal problems. 

2. Daily VinFast On-site Coordination & Relationship Management 

• Familiar with VinFast assembly line organization, each department interface and key contacts; maintain daily communication with VinFast production, quality and assembly team; handle daily on-site feedback, complaints and technical coordination efficiently. 

3. Issue Follow-up & Communication Synchronization 

• Record on-site quality abnormalities and assembly complaints; prepare simple issue reports; synchronize status with China manufacturing plant and Korea HwaSeung team; follow up corrective actions and verify on-site closure to avoid recurring issues. 

4. Regular On-site Patrol & Risk Prevention 

• Conduct daily patrol of Sealing bar loading and assembly status on production line; identify potential assembly & fitting risks in advance and give early warning to reduce batch on-site quality problems.

Job Requirements:

1. Industry Experience 

• Familiar with VinFast Vietnam final assembly plant workflow and internal interfaces; with working experience in auto motive spare parts, rubber Sealing bar, interior & exterior trim on site quality / customer service / resident support is preferred; familiar with vehicle assembly process is a plus. 

2. Core Competency 

• Strong on-site emergency handling and cross-department coordination ability; capable of communicating and aligning with VinFast on-site personnel efficiently; quick response, pragmatic and result-oriented to settle line issues timely. 

3. Language 

• Native fluent Vietnamese; basic daily Chinese communication is required. If Chinese is limited, able to work smoothly with translatio tools is acceptable. 

4. Other Requirements 

• Reside near VinFast factory area; available for on-call & urgent on site support anytime when line issues occur; reliable, proactive and able to handle unscheduled production line bnormalities.
