Job Descriptions: 

• Perform calibration and tuning activities for Brake Control Systems and Electric Power Steering (EPS) systems to optimize ADAS driving performance, vehicle stability, ride comfort, and control smoothness 
• Conduct controller parameter tuning using advanced control algorithms such as PID, LQR, and other vehicle dynamics control strategies 
• Analyze vehicle behavior and control performance through real vehicle testing, proving ground testing, and data-driven evaluation 
• Use calibration and diagnostic tools such as CANoe, CANape, INCA, CANalyzer, and related automotive tools for ECU communication, parameter tuning, and data analysis 
• Perform signal analysis, controller validation, and system optimization using vehicle logs, CAN traces, and measurement data 
• Collaborate closely with ADAS software, vehicle dynamics, perception, and integration teams to improve overall ADAS performance and driving behavior 
• Prepare and maintain calibration reports, tuning documentation, validation records, and technical evaluation results. Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue investigation related to braking, steering, and ADAS control performance 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields 
• Hands-on experience in calibration/tuning of automotive control systems, especially Brake Control Systems, EPS, or ADAS vehicle control functions 
• Practical experience with control algorithms such as PID, LQR, or similar control methodologies 
• Solid understanding of vehicle dynamics, longitudinal control, lateral control, and ADAS control logic 
• Hands-on experience with automotive tools such as CANoe, CANape, INCA, CANalyzer, ETAS tools, or similar calibration/measurement tools 
• Good understanding of CAN/LIN communication protocols and automotive ECU architecture. Experience in ADAS testing, vehicle evaluation, data logging, and signal analysis is preferred 
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Python, CAPL, MATLAB, or similar tools is a plus 
• Good teamwork, proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong enthusiasm for automotive technologies 
• Valid driving license B2 is preferred.   
• Basic communication skills in English
