Position: IT System

Job Descriptions: 

• Responsible for ensuring the stability of production network systems, wired networks, and user Wi-Fi.
• Technical supervision, planning, deployment/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Operating, monitoring, maintaining, backing up, and recovering IT systems: mail, Jira, GitLab, SVN, VPN, AD, DNS, Wiki, etc.
• Configuring and managing network devices: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.
• Upgrading and resolving issues related to IT systems and networks.
• Managing hardware infrastructure and virtualization environments.
• Designing and developing technical solutions.
• Deploying and integrating systems in real-world environments.
• Optimizing systems for performance and efficiency.
• Administering and operating deployed systems.
• Researching and exploring new technologies and applying them to system deployment. 

Position Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Networks, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Networking.
• Experience working with LAN, WAN, and internal network systems.
• Familiarity with IT systems: Mail, Jira, GitLab, SVN, VPN, AD, DNS, Wiki, DHCP, etc.
• Knowledge of network devices: deployment, configuration of switching, routing, and Firewalls; proficient in troubleshooting network equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Experience with and understanding of at least one Linux operating system (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Docker, container deployment, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Understanding of web server installation, configuration, and tuning (Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, etc.).
• Familiarity with load balancing systems (HTTP/TCP): installation, configuration, mechanisms, and practical usage.
• Ability to write Bash scripts, Shell scripts, Python, or similar scripting languages to handle system operations and deployment tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending technical documentation in English.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to present information clearly and coherently.
• Systems thinking mindset with the ability to proactively organize and prioritize work independently.
