[Fresher] Vehicle Dynamic Test Engineer

­­ Position: Vehicle Dynamic Test and Validation Engineer

Job Descriptions: 

Test Planning & Preparation

• Developed test plans for vehicle dynamics validation (steering, suspension, braking, stability).
• Defined test criteria in collaboration with engineering teams, aligning with performance targets.
• Prepared test vehicles, including instrumentation, sensor setup, and calibration.

Test Execution

• Conducted on-road and on-track tests to evaluate handling, braking, stability, and ride performance.
• Performed key tests such as slalom, lane change, braking, and high-speed stability.
• Collected and monitored real-time data using DAQ systems and vehicle dynamics sensors.
• Collaborated with test drivers and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance and support system tuning (e.g., suspension, ESC).

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyzed vehicle dynamics data (yaw rate, acceleration, roll, etc.) to assess performance.
• Identified issues and proposed improvements for vehicle handling and stability.
• Prepared technical reports with key findings and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics or chassis systems (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Internship, academic projects, or thesis related to automotive engineering is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of vehicle dynamics concepts such as suspension, braking, handling, and riding comfort.
• Exposure to testing tools or data acquisition systems (e.g., DEWESoft, Vector, MATLAB) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle instrumentation and sensor setup is preferred.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB, or Python) for simple data processing and visualization.
• Having a valid driving license (B1, B2, C,…)
• Good English communication skill.
• Willingness to learn and develop hands-on experience in vehicle testing and data analysis.
• Good problem-solving mindset and basic understanding of engineering methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis).
