Job Descriptions:

  1. EMC / Electrical / ESD Testing
  • Prepare, set up, and execute electrical, EMC, and ESD tests for components and electronic systems based on customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform tests such as:
    • Conducted emission and radiated emission
    • Conducted immunity and radiated immunity
    • ESD immunity testing
    • Electrical performance and functional verification
    • Surge, EFT, voltage dip/interruption, and other related electrical robustness tests where applicable
  • Ensure test execution is performed in accordance with defined standards, work instructions, and lab safety requirements.
  1. Test Planning and Documentation
  • Review product requirements, standards, and customer specifications to derive suitable test plans, test methods, and test setups.
  • Create and maintain test documentation including:
    • Test plans
    • Test procedures / work instructions
    • Test records and raw data
    • Test reports and technical summaries
  • Analyze test results, identify deviations, and provide clear technical feedback to engineering, project teams, and customers.
  1. Certification Support
  • Support certification activities for products/components according to QCVN, IEC, CISPR … and other applicable standards.
  • Coordinate with external laboratories and certification bodies such as TÜV, SGS, UL , or equivalent partners for pre-compliance and certification testing.
  • Follow up certification schedules, test status, non-conformities, and closure actions.
  1. Technical Analysis and Problem Solving
  • Investigate test failures and support root cause analysis for EMC/electrical-related issues.
  • Work closely with design, hardware, quality, project management, and external partners to drive issue resolution.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure proper usage, calibration awareness, and maintenance coordination of EMC and electrical test equipment.
  • Support knowledge sharing and technical guidance for junior engineers or technicians when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in component or product testing/validation, especially in electrical, EMC, and ESD testing.
  • Hands-on experience with EMC/electrical lab equipment such as:
  • Oscilloscope
  • Multimeter
  • Power supply
  • ESD simulator /EFT equipment
  • EMI receiver / spectrum analyzer
  • Experience in supporting or coordinating certification projects with external service providers.
  • Electrical testing according to relevant product standards, troubleshooting, and hands-on work with Electronics components, PCB, AC/DC motor, console and installation.
  • Problem-solving mindset. Active & Pro-active
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
